The One and Only Bomb Pop
The original pop of summer.
Everybody remembers the iconic red white and blue Bomb Pop, there’s no other pop quite like it. It’s synonymous with summer days and childhood nostalgia. We created a campaign that re-established Bomb Pop as the official pop of summer. Meeting tweens and families where they were, and reminding them that an epic summer day is just a Bomb Pop away.
The Spot
Our spot leaned into the nostalgia of classic kid movies from the ‘90s.
Nothing beats a summer day when you’re kid, especially when you’ve got a Bomb Pop.
On Social
In addition to our bespoke OLV and social assets, we partnered with popular teen and tween YouTube influencers to integrate Bomb Pop into their videos. Our social content garnered over 14M views, officially making Bomb Pop the number one pop for teens and tweens everywhere.
Summer Take-Over
We took over summer by creating The Bomb Pop Chill Zone at a popular park for kid and tween sporting camps and events. The Chill Zone was a 4 week long activation that allowed Bomb Pop to reach one of the country’s largest concentrations of youth sports families during peak summer tournament season.
THE WELCOME DESK
Guests were welcomed by Bomb Pop Brand Ambassadors who helped kick off the experience, answer questions, and guide visitors through the activation.
THE HANGOUT AREA
The Bomb Pop Chill Zone was complete with a shaded Bomb Pop lounge filled with nostalgia-inspired custom inflatable seating and pops for all. Officially making The Chill Zone the coolest place for guests to relax and unwind between activities.
THE PHOTO OPP
Kids could step in front of a branded Bomb Pop backdrop to snap a picture. Their photos were then added to their very own custom trading card, inserting Bomb Pop into trading card culture and sports fandom.
THE GAMES
We also created branded games and activities for kids to test their skills. Everyone walked away a winner with a Bomb Pop in hand and original Bomb Pop merch.
