Ice Cream Like Never Before

Introducing new Halo Top with mix-ins.

Halo Top was one of the first pioneers of low calorie ice cream. In 2025, they launched their newest innovation — a line of products that had all of the delicious chunks and mix-ins of traditional ice cream with less than 300 calories per pint.

We were tasked with refreshing and repositioning the existing brand and creating a library of assets to introduce people to this revolutionary new way to indulge. Because now people can truly Ice Cream Like Never Before.

Brand Refresh

We spearheaded a refresh of the brand guidelines and created unique design systems for both their existing Core products and the new Mix-Ins product line.

Halo Top’s original guidelines leaned into lighter pastels and gravity-defying visuals that spoke to the brand’s start as a lighter low-cal high-protein treat for fitness-minded consumers.

With the launch of Mix-Ins, Halo Top needed to refresh and evolve their existing brand guidelines to work for both product lines. We developed two design systems that felt differentiated yet distinctly Halo Top.

We streamlined the existing Core color palette, created a richer more indulgent palette for Mix-Ins and topped it all off with a dynamic typographic treatment that felt as decadent as their products.

Asset Library

We captured a library of mouthwatering product photography to launch new Halo Top with mix-ins. Each flavor was carefully styled to highlight its delicious chunks, swirls, and gooey goodness.

The Spots

In addition to the brand refresh, we launched the new product line with a series of spots and social assets. We used macro food footage to invite people everywhere to Ice Cream Like Never Before with Halo Top with Mix-Ins.

On Social

We created product-forward social spots that tempted tastebuds across social platforms.
